User guide

These pumpkin flakes can easily be added to your dog's meals to supplement their diet and vary the textures, whether you feed them a raw (BARF-type) diet or a more conventional one. The idea is to start with a small amount, then adjust according to their appetite, digestive sensitivity, and stool consistency.

There are two ways to use them, depending on the preferred texture. As a "topping," the flakes can be mixed directly into the food bowl. For a softer texture, they can be rehydrated: pour boiling water over them, let them soak for 15 to 20 minutes, then drain if necessary before mixing them into the meal.

As examples, to start: 1/2 teaspoon for a small dog, 1 teaspoon for a medium dog, 1 to 2 teaspoons for a large dog. If your dog tolerates it well, you can gradually increase the amount to achieve the desired texture, without overfeeding.

Trick
Once rehydrated, the flakes can be mixed with a tiny touch of coconut oil to add more creaminess and sweetness.
